Return policy- All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any oils.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the product

• A photo of the packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For delivery issues, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist when possible.
